Most internships hand you a simulated exercise. At Wemacx, interns work directly alongside the team that runs a live enterprise contact centre platform trusted by banks, insurers, healthcare providers, and BPOs — whatever you're working on, your contribution is part of real, ongoing work.
Whether you're writing code, analysing data, testing a release, designing a screen, drafting content, or supporting a sales pipeline, an experienced team member reviews your work and gives direct feedback. You'll leave with a portfolio of things you actually contributed to — not a certificate for attendance.

Is this internship paid?
No, this is currently an unpaid internship. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, a completion certificate, and a letter of recommendation, but there is no stipend at this time.
How does the internship work day-to-day?
This is a remote-friendly programme — most work happens online, with regular check-ins with your mentor. Specific working arrangements are discussed during your screening call.
How long does the internship run?
Most internships run 3–6 months, depending on your availability. We'll agree on a timeline before you start.
Will I actually get to do real work?
Yes — with guidance. Every intern's work is reviewed by an experienced team member before it goes live, exactly like any other contributor on the team.
What happens after the internship ends?
You leave with a certificate, a letter of recommendation reflecting your actual contributions, and — for strong performers — priority consideration for a full-time role.
